Item for sale is a 25" HD lower unit off of a 2005 Mercury 250 hp Verado 4 stroke outboard motor.

The main shaft measures 29.5" from the top of the casing to the end of the shaft. It has the larger prop shaft. When you spin the shift shaft clockwise and turn the main shaft clockwise the prop shaft turns counter clockwise.

The fluid is clean and shifts well.
