Item up for sale is a 25" lower unit off of a used Yamaha 250hp 3.3L four stroke outboard.
Item is sold as shown in the image above with no returns and sold as described below with no refunds.
Shaft is approx 27.5" main shaft is locked up missing bearing carrier, shift shaft, rear gear and prop shaft. Gear have some rust from sitting with water in it.
